United Way Perth-Huron (UWPH) is looking for volunteers to join its Community Impact and Allocations Committee (CIAC).
United Way tackles issues like homelessness, mental health, and access to services, helping vulnerable people across Perth-Huron.
Volunteers will engage with the community, review funding applications, choose community investments, and ensure funds are used effectively.
“If you are passionate about where you live and want to make a difference, we encourage you to apply and become part of our work,” said Megan Partridge, UWPH Director of Governance and Community Impact.
UWPH is especially interested in volunteers from St. Marys, Perth East, South Perth, West Perth, Bluewater, Central Huron, Howick, or Morris-Turnberry.
The term is three years.
