International Communities in Bloom judges Susan Ellis and Bob Ivison toured Stratford to evaluate the city for this year’s Communities in Bloom competition.
Stratford is competing in the International Challenge – Medium category along with:
• Brooks Region, Alberta, Canada
• Rosemere, Quebec, Canada
• Szentes, Hungary
• Trim-Meath County, Ireland
Hosted by Stratford’s Communities in Bloom Committee, the judges looked at things like community appearance, environmental action, heritage conservation, tree management, landscaped areas and plant and floral displays.
