As the old saying goes, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”
This statement rings true during Stratford’s Treasure Hunt weekends.
The last one for 2024 will be held this Friday to Sunday.
This is an opportunity for residents to leave any unwanted household items out on their curb, for anyone in the community to come by and collect the free items.
Unwanted treasures can be put out starting at 4 p.m. this Friday and any unclaimed items must be removed from the curb by 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Remember not to leave any wanted items near the curb this weekend.
This event helps to keep materials with useful life out of Stratford’s landfill site.
