The COVID-19 outbreak at the Stratford General Hospital has been declared over by Huron Perth Public Health on Oct. 25.
The outbreak was declared on the Medicine Unit on Oct. 16.
The unit has now reopened for admissions and transfers.
Family and caregiver presence on the unit has also been restored.
