A collision between a plow truck and a passenger vehicle has resulted in a death in Perth East Thursday morning.
Just after 6 a.m., Perth OPP along with emergency services responded to a motor vehicle collision on Perth Line 86, between Perth Road 136 and Perth Road 140.
The 33-year-old driver from Gowanstown was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The plow truck driver was uninjured.
The investigation is ongoing. The area of Perth Line 86 and Rd. 131 and Rd. 140 will remain closed to facilitate the investigation, and will likely be closed for a number of hours.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or has information that could assist with the investigation is asked to contact Perth OPP or Crime Stoppers.
