A city resident faces numerous fraud charges after being arrested this week.
Stratford police arrested Kevin Larson on Thursday. The 37-year-old faces charges that include 10 counts of fraud over $5,000 and 21 counts of fraud under $5,000.
Police said an investigation began in May, 2023, after a complaint was lodged against the businessman.
Larson was released from custody with a court date set for Feb. 10.
Larson is well known in the community for ownership of restaurants and other businesses.
A number of other previous charges against him are still being addressed in court.
