Enjoy brunch and connect with community this Sunday in Stratford.
The Local Community Food Centre is hosting its Bluegrass Brunch at their location on Erie Street.
This family-friendly event will feature live bluegrass entertainment from The Blurry Pickers.
Community Connector for the Local, Julie Docker Johnson, invites people to come for the food and stay for the community, and that the Bluegrass Brunch has been a staple event since the community food centre began.
“So it is a very beloved event that people associate with the Local.”
There will be kids activities in the greenhouse and the Access Market will also be open for shopping.
The event is a fundraiser for The Local CFC so they will be accepting donations to support the work the organization does.
The brunch will be held 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
