The 26th Thames River cleanup – Stratford – is Saturday at various locations.
Starting at 10 a.m. and running for two hours or thereabouts, volunteers can meet at the Waldie Drain behind Heritage Memorials on Erie Street; Roadhouse Drain between Shoppers Drug Mart and Giant Tiger on Huron Street; Cooper Standard plant two at 703 Douro Street and T.J Dolan Natural Area (John Street entrance).
Participants are asked to wear appropriate clothing. Garbage bags will be provided.
A pail and garbage grabber may be useful.
