Perth-Wellington’s MP is pleased to announce Celebrate Canada funding for the riding.
The money will be going towards Canada Day festivities.
John Nater says Canada Day is a great opportunity to come together as a community.
The Stratford City Centre Committee will be getting $4,000 and the Kinsmen Club is getting $3,500.
Outside of Stratford the Mitchell Rotary Club will received $560 and the Town of St. Marys gets $500.
Nater says the Celebrate Canada program gives every community in the country a chance to hold Canada Day celebrations.
