Today is Doctors’ Day in Ontario.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is celebrating the occasion by honouring the 135 physicians who provide care at the hospitals in Stratford, St. Marys, Seaforth and Clinton.
Two in particular, Dr. Shanil Narayan and Dr. Anna Mayer, stand out.
They’ve been given Awards of Excellence for Faculty in Distributed Sites from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.
The school has a partnership with over 50 Faculty Appointed Physicians to help teach the next generation of doctors.
