Contract negotiations are about to begin for the city of Stratford’s inside and outside workers. C-A-O Rob Horne expects talks will go smoothly and says everyone is looking for a fair deal. Talks are expected to begin sometime in the next few weeks. Contracts are set to expire on December 31st. Horne says if negotiations extend into the New Year, all changes will be retroactive.
