Police are searching for those responsible after they say a New Hamburg gas station was robbed at knife point.
It happened just before 10:00 p.m. Sunday, according to police, when two men went up to the clerk at the Petro-Canada on Waterloo Street and demanded cash.
One of the men was armed with a knife.
The clerk wasn’t hurt and the two suspects took off in a charcoal-colored van with a small amount of cash.
Anyone who knows anything about what happened is asked to contact Waterloo Police or Crime Stoppers.
