It may have been a bit on the cool side, but Stratford Northwestern’s Track and Field team still managed to have a record setting weekend.
The team opened their high school season at the Forest City and Mustang Invitational at Western University on Saturday and came home with nine medals, five Stratford Northwestern records and several personal best performances.
Makayla Roy and Xavier Ollivier each won gold medals and both set new Stratford Northwestern records in doing so.
The team is back in action May 8th at St. Anne’s Catholic Secondary School in Clinton.
