211 is a helpline available for anyone experiencing poverty, homelessness, hunger, mental health challenges, social isolation and domestic violence with the right resources before they reach a crisis point.
This year, United Way has also added access to their Urgent Needs Fund to the list of supports available through 211
A live, trained 211 Navigator will talk through a caller’s challenges and connect individuals with community services that can help, including the Urgent Needs Fund
