A Stratford business owner faces fraud charges.
Stratford Police say they began an investigation last February into allegations of fraud against Kevin Larson after concerns were raised by several individuals over their investments with him.
He was arrested on Wednesday after cooperating with police and turning himself in at Stratford Police Headquarters.
Larson has been charged with five counts of Fraud over $5,000, nine counts of Uttering a Forged Document, and one count of False Pretences.
He was released from custody and has a court appearance scheduled for March, 4th.
Any other community members who have had similar issues with Larson are asked to call SPS.
