A 52-year-old Zorra Township resident faces charges including assault with a weapon.
Oxford County OPP says they responded to a report of an individual with an edged weapon in East Zorra-Tavistock around 9 o’clock Tuesday morning.
Police arrested the suspect and they also face charges including possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The individual was taken into custody and is awaiting a bail hearing.
