A rescheduled date for a public meeting about the future of the former Krug building site has been announced.
There are plans for a residential neighbourhood at the site of the old industrial building, which takes up a considerable amount of land in the Trinity and King Street areas, in Stratford.
Plans call for 11 residential buildings. A developer has requested a height increase, clearing the way for a 10-storey apartment building.
The applicant is proposing to develop 382 dwelling units, including one-to-three bedroom apartments, and townhouses.
Stratford Mayor Martin Ritsma tells MyStratfordNow public meetings are a good opportunity for all involved, including city residents, to learn more about the project.
The public meeting was originally scheduled as part of a full city council meeting in May, however, that meeting was cancelled after a citizen banned from attending city property showed up at city hall chambers.
Stratford City council will host the re-scheduled meeting on June 27, beginning at 7 p.m.
