Stratford Police are still looking for a stolen inclusionary flag, but have updated the type of vehicle they are looking for.
A 2007-2013 white Chevrolet pickup truck was involved in the theft, Stratford Police said in an update to a previous media release.
The truck has an extended cab, long box, and roof lights.
The inclusionary Flag was stolen from St. Michael Catholic Secondary School.
The flag is described as a personalized flag for the Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board with the statement, “We Are Wonderfully Made”.
It was being flown through June as part of Pride month.
The incident occurred after 11:30 p.m. on June 10, at the school’s flagpole on Oakdale Avenue.
Initially, a truck seen at 8:14 p.m. was suspected, but it has since been confirmed that this vehicle was not involved.
Police are are also still seeking the three identities of those involved in the theft.
