Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth is saying goodbye to Dr. Sergio Lappano and welcoming Dr. Peter Brooks as medical director.
After five years as medical director. Dr. Lappano was praised for his dedication to high-quality end-of-life care and compassionate support for families and staff, according to the hospice’s media release. The hospice community wishes him a happy retirement.
“Dr. Lappano has been instrumental in supporting Rotary Hospice in our community since its inception,” said Louise Lepp, Executive Director.

Dr. Brooks, a general practitioner, has worked with the Stratford Family Health Team for more than 24 years.
Dr. Brooks has served as an on-call physician at the hospice for the past five years. Known for his kindness and expertise in palliative care, he is expected to enhance the hospice’s services and support for residents and their families.
