HPPH: Measles exposure at Cambria Professional Centre

There has been another community measles exposure.

Huron Perth Public Health advises it occurred at Cambria Professional Centre, at 386 Cambria Street, on Wednesday, April 16, between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Anyone at the location during the timeframe needs to monitor for measles signs and symptoms for 21 days after exposure, said HPPH.

You are advised to call public health at 1-888-221-2133 ext. 3299, if you/your family member were present at this location during the timeframes and if you/your family member were born in or after 1970 and have not received two doses of measles-containing vaccines, or you/your family member are at high risk of severe measles illness (compromised immunity, pregnant, or less than 12 months old).
