A motorcycle driver was airlifted to a local trauma centre by Ornge Air Ambulance in North Perth on Saturday night.
Perth OPP and other first responders arrived shortly after 10 p.m., after a single vehicle collision on Perth Line 77.
The 29-year-old has life-threatening injuries.
West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team and Perth County OPP are still investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
