The Oxford County OPP has closed the 401 eastbound at the 403 and Oxford Road 29 (Drumbo Road).
Police are investigating a collision involving three tractor trailers.
One serious injury has been reported.
That part of the 401 will remain closed for the investigation.
Detours are in place.
