Candidate profile: Conservative John Nater

John Nater is the Conservative candidate for Perth-Wellington in the upcoming federal election.

Nater says he’s running in the election because he believes in serving the public:

Nater feels that the biggest issue in this election is the economy.  He says it’s important to protect it:

Nater says lower taxes are an important part of maintaining the economy, something a re-elected Conservative government would continue to strive for:

When it comes supply management for dairy and poultry farmers Nater says the Conservatives support the system:

Nater added that so far on the campaign trail he’s heard positive things about the current state of Canada:

Nater is running against the Christian Heritage Party’s Irma DeVries, independent Roger Fuhr, Liberal Stephen McCotter, the NDP’s Ethan Rabidoux, and the Green Party’s Nicole Ramsdale.

Election Day is set for October 19th.
