It’s a day to say goodbye for a Perth County Crown Attorney.
Mary Potter is retiring Friday after making history as the first female to be in charge of the Crown Attorney’s office in Wellington and Perth Counties.
She first started as an assistant and also held the titles of deputy and acting Crown Attorney along the way.
The 57-year-old was promoted to the head position on a full-time basis in 2013.
