A Stratford woman is celebrating after winning $400,000.
Frances Hollywood claimed the prize in the Instant Plinko game from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
OLG officials say Fran said she used some spare change that was accumulating to purchase a couple of tickets for herself, with one of those being her Plinko ticket.
Fran plans to treat herself to a few comforts, like a new stove
